Owens Corning Design EyeQ was relaunched in October 2025 on Renoworks' AI platform3, and CertainTeed ColorView runs on Renoworks too4.
Do you need an account to use them?
For GAF, yes if you want to create and save designs: the Virtual Remodeler asks for a Hover account2. CertainTeed ColorView lets you save and share projects8. We could not confirm the account rules for the other tools, so check before you rely on one in front of a homeowner.
Can a contractor put a manufacturer visualizer on their website?
Owens Corning offers the Design EyeQ widget free to any contractor, while its Build Your Roof and Warranty widgets are for Owens Corning network members only7. If you only sell Owens Corning shingles, that widget costs nothing.
RoofRender's website widget (Growth and Pro plans) shows every brand in its catalog and can ask the homeowner for their name, phone and email before the render unlocks, then sends you the lead.
What is a good GAF Virtual Remodeler alternative?
