The driveway method
Walk out to the street and take one photo of the house on your phone. Open RoofRender, upload it, pick the product you are quoting and the colour you think they want, and render. Thirty seconds later you have their house with the new roof. Show them the slider. Ask "same house?" and wait.
Then render the second colour they were wavering on. Most people decide between two renders. Now the quote is for a roof they have already seen.
Send them the link
Every render has a link. Copy it and text it to the homeowner before you leave. They open it on their phone, drag the slider, and show their partner that evening. The decision happens at their kitchen table with your roof on the screen, which is where you want it.
Why samples and brochures do not do this
A sample board is a flat square in the wrong light. A brochure shows someone else's house. Neither answers the only question the homeowner has, which is what their own house will look like. A render answers it.
What roofers report
Contractors who put a visual in front of the homeowner during the visit report meaningfully higher close rates and shorter decision times. One RoofRender customer in Dallas photographed a client's house at the front door, rendered it while she watched, and closed the job that visit.
Getting set up
Sign up, render one house from your own photo, and you are ready. There is no app to install, so the phone in your pocket is the only equipment. Three renders are free to test it on a real quote.
